We offer a 30-day refund or revision window from the date your song is delivered.

Eligible for Refund or Revision

You may request a refund or a free revision within 30 days if:

• The song does not reasonably reflect the details you submitted

• There is a technical issue with the audio file

• The song was not delivered as promised

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not available if:

• You simply changed your mind after delivery

• The song was created accurately based on the information you provided

• You dislike the song’s style or emotional tone after delivery

• Incorrect or incomplete details were submitted during checkout

Revisions

If something feels off, we’re happy to help.

• One complimentary revision is included within the 30-day window

• Revision requests must be based on the original details provided
